Fill up your shopping cart with all the equipment you see here that you do not currently have. If you cannot invest in all pieces at once, I suggest you get the loop bands, ball, and long bands to start. In the meantime, use soup cans or wine bottles for your weights!

Note: The weights provided in this shopping list are just a general suggestion. If you already have weights at home within the following ranges, start with those and you can always order lighter or heavier once you get a feel for your strength level:

  • Light weights: 1-2 lbs for everyone, no matter your starting point- trust me, you don’t want them heavier! 2 lbs is perfect for almost everyone.

  • Medium weights: 3-6 lbs

  • Heaviest weights: 8-20 lbs

Here are a few more items you may enjoy having to amp up your workouts!

For example, you do not need the door barre or the wall mounted barre. You can always use a chair, countertop, or railing instead.

For the sliding discs, you can always opt to use washcloths or magazines/ paper plates instead.

And as for the ankle weights, you can pop them onto ANY of our workouts to intensify!
